As CEO of ADmantX, Giovanni oversees the company’s strategic direction and culture.

Giovanni Strocchi brings to ADmantX extensive experience in innovation, international management, sales and marketing strategy, as well as business and product development.

Before joining ADmantX, Giovanni held key roles in the Vodafone Group (SEMEA Strategy Director, Business Development Director, Business Sales Director, Italy NW Regional Director, and UMTS Program Director). His final position with Vodafone as Group Business Marketing and Product Development Director saw him develop the worldwide business offer and assist with key partnerships and acquisitions. He has also worked as Senior Consultant at McKinsey managing cross-sector innovation projects and Network Division & Web Director at Technogym, where he launched two start-up initiatives. In his early career, Giovanni honed his communications skills at Alcatel and Telecom Italia

Giovanni is a member of Italian Angel Association IAG and an active investor with investments in several innovative start-ups. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering with a major in IT/Telecommunication, and an MBA from Profingest Management School (Asfor MBA).



As Chairman and Founder of ADmantX, Stefano leverages his extensive experience to support the company’s growth and expansion.

Stefano Spaggiari is currently the CEO of Expert System, leading the company to both global and industry-wide recognition as a leader in semantic software.

In addition to providing strategic direction, Stefano is involved in raising the profile of semantic technology throughout Italy. He helped found Semantic Valley, the European consortium of education, research, and technology organisations dedicated to improving quality of life through innovative and creative semantic technology.

Stefano holds an EMBA from the Alma Graduate School of the University of Bologna, as well as a degree in Computer Science from the University of Modena, Italy.

Bruce leads technical development for ADmantX products and technology.

Bruce Rudolph brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, software quality assurance, software team building, and operations management to ADmantX.

Prior to joining ADmantX, Bruce held positions at Crown Partners, Platform Dynamics, and co-founded CYA Technologies where he served as Chief Technical Officer. He also was responsible for all technical consulting operations at Phoenix Systems Integration and worked as a senior software engineer on embedded real-time applications at Norden Systems.

Bruce received a B.S. in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Polytechnic University (Brooklyn, New York).



Nick is responsible for developing business strategy and sales for ADmantX (UK).

Nick Welch brings a wealth of programmatic experience to ADmantX from working within the digital media sector for over 15 years.

Previously Nick was Head of Orange Ad Market where he was responsible for establishing the UK programmatic business. Nick was also Director of Partner Management for Inmobi where he led a team of Partner Managers by onboarding, optimising, and providing leadership for 150 publishers across EMEA. More recently Nick was Director of Publisher Development for SpotXchange, where he secured significant new business contracts with Mail Online and ESPN.



In the U.S., Doug is responsible for overall sales results and customer management activities.

Doug Knepper is a hands-on, disciplined, goal-oriented senior sales leader with proven expertise in executive-level consultative solution selling and relationship building.

He has extensive experience in the advertising technology space, having worked at at iVillage, Publishers Clearing House, Seevast and most recently, TruSignal.

Doug received a B.S. in Economics from New York University.



Marcello Pellacani was formerly the President and CTO of Expertweb, an advanced IT solutions developer and consultancy, where he helped double the company’s revenue in just three years before its purchase by Banzai Group.

He has co-founded numerous successful IT start-ups, held positions at Olivetti in its Formula 1 team and at IBM, and he currently serves as VP, Strategic Partnerships at Expert System with a focus on building partnerships.

Marcello holds a degree in Mathematics and a degree in Computer Science from the University of Modena, Italy.



Based in Italy, Mirco is responsible for developing business strategy and sales for ADmantX in Southern Europe. A digital advertising senior executive with over 18 years of sales and marketing experience, Mirco has held senior positions at leading Italian publishing group Mondadori, and at Ad Pepper Media where he served as CEO and Marketing Director.

More recently, he founded a start-up for movie distribution where he also served as chairman and head of business development for EMEA. Mirco holds a degree in Political Economics.
